Dinner Menu at New Dungeon Ghyll Hotel

Sample dinner menu, our menu changes every couple of days. £27.50 per person

Course 1

Oriental style chicken fillets on mixed salad leaves with hoi sin and soy dipping sauce
Vegetable spring rolls with sweet and sour sauce
Deep fried king prawns wrapped in filo pastry accompanied with a honey, soy and ginger dipping sauce.
Feta and beetroot salad with fresh rocket and balsamic.

Griddled pork loin steak served on caramelised apples with a cider cream sauce.
Mushroom Stroganoff set on a bed of savoury rice
Pan fried 8oz sirloin steak cooked to your liking £8.00 supplement
